Tests will be done prior to the start of the season, and are the same tests used by all New Jersey high schools and professional leagues.

Special Offer for Manalapan AYF

Baseline testing + any post-injury re-testing = $25 ($15 Donated back to MYFA)

Tests are good for one year!

  • Spine and Wellness will also offer every Manalapan football player post-injury treatment using the 5-step return to activity Zurich Concussion Protocol to ensure safe and controlled return to play

“No two concussions are ever the same.  There is no “cook book” that tells you exactly how to treat every concussion.  Each one is unique and must be treated on a case-by-case basis.  Baseline testing gives you the opportunity to assess an athlete’s mental and physical status prior to their injury so you can use that initial testing to compare post-injury if the athlete does suffer a concussion.  In my experience working as a Certified Athletic Trainer, treating an athlete who has had prior baseline testing has allowed me to focus on each individual athlete’s deficits and properly take them through a safe return to activity progression.” – Dana Snel, ATC ImPACT Trained
